Yoga for Loss and Letting Go: A Heart-Healing Practice

Live on Zoom via Integral Yoga Institute

Saturday, December 19 • 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Losses, big and small, happen every day of our lives: loss of youth, former capabilities, jobs, houses, spouses (through divorce or death), innocence, trust (possibly because of trauma), and much more. To be alive and to love means we must make peace with loss. This workshop presents a sacred opportunity to acknowledge and accept our grief: to feel it, forgive, and release. Using breathing techniques, Yin Yoga, easily accessible active Yoga poses, meditation, and visualization, this class offers the chance to befriend your grief, allowing it to move and transform. That empowers you to face loss with a clear mind and an open heart. Includes Yoga: All Levels
