Join me for five early mornings surrounding the Autumnal Equinox—a Seasonal Sanctuary devoted to practice, reflection, and taking stock of the life you are already living.

Each morning we'll meet on Zoom from 6–8 am ET for an extended practice incorporating breathwork, yin, slow flow and restorative yoga, meditation and visualization, contemplation, poetry, and deep rest.
