Service Description

Deep release yoga and formless meditation practice Explore breathwork, gentle movement and yin yoga poses in preparing the body and mind for seated formless meditation practice. We begin each session with 5-10 minutes of meditation, with brief meditation instruction offered when necessary. The session will move through gentle flow yoga and/or yin yoga, and breathing practices that conclude in savasana (final relaxation pose). We will then close with formless meditation and time for discussion. The class is designed for all yoga and meditation practitioners – newcomers and experienced alike. No experience with yoga or meditation necessary. It's helpful to have a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and a blanket (throw blanket or Mexican blanket, for example), and if you don't have these props we can improvise.
