Virtual Event on Zoom!

About The Event

Join yoga teacher Corina Benner for this 4-week yoga series designed to enhance vitality, cultivate resilience and promote genuine well-being. Each class will be a mix of breathing practices, yin yoga* (passive stretching) and gentle movement.

The program is appropriate for all levels and ages and is tailored to those who want to move slowly, spend extended time in various poses and benefit from the more subtle, less athletic aspects of yoga practice. The classes will include sitting, standing and lying down yoga poses and no prior experience is required. The goal is to find a space where you feel energized, joyful and viscerally alive. These practices have the potential to enhance and support your seated meditation practice as they can help to keep you limber and refreshed.

This program is comprised of four (4) stand-alone 60 minute yoga sessions and will be offered virtually through Zoom.

If available, be prepared with a yoga mat, a blanket and 2 yoga blocks. You can use cushions or throw pillows in the place of blocks.  Dress in layers.

Prior experience with yoga or meditation is not required.

Cost: $80
