Join me in the jungles of Costa Rica (just a short walk from the ocean!) for this Magical, Mystical, Positively Transformational Yoga, Meditation, Sacred Ceremonies and Spiritual Medicine Retreat to spur your own growth and evolution in a safe and nurturing environment. This is not 'just' a vacation with yoga. This is an invaluable opportunity to sit with the difficulties and challenges of your life rather than try to escape from them. Here you dare to feel deeply into your own experience; contemplate events, understand your role in the continuous unfolding, and integrate the lessons. This process allows the release of what has been and empowers you to consciously and creatively contribute to what will be.
