About The Event

Utilize the week after the Autumnal Equinox to commit to your SELF: your practice, your authenticity, your dreams. Show up every morning from 6-8 am to breathe, to move, to excavate, integrate, release and reset.

Our practices will blend breath work, yin and slow flow yoga, visualization, meditation, philosophy, poetry and deep rest. Each day will offer insights into how to work with the energy of the Harvest Moon, which reaches its fullest expression just before we meet on Friday, the last day of the series. Every Full Moon offers opportunities to release with this one carrying extra significance toward endings. The Harvest Moon symbolizes the connection between life and death, nature’s continuous cycle of ripening and decaying, and offers an opportunity to wholeheartedly welcome darkness as an integral part of life. Also, take this time to reflect on all you are harvesting in your life, reaping the generous bounty…

“Come, come, whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving. It doesn't matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again , come , come.”
