About The Event
Springtime sparks hopefulness, excitement and enthusiasm with the sprouting of flowers, increasing hours of daylight, and the possiblity of rebirth and renewal. Harness this extraordinary energy to shed all you've outgrown, plant seeds of all that you wish to manifest, and honor the lessons you've learned by living through all that has brought you to now.
This practice incorporates breathing practices to uproot what's been stuck along with a few yin yoga poses to dissipate blockages and restore balance to your energy body. The vinyasa practice will include all of the elements that inspire true health and vitality, intelligently sequenced and elegantly intructed. And perhaps the best part: as the practice unfolds, Thomas spontaneously creates music to perfectly accompany the practice and the mood in the room.
This practice is open to all levels of practitioners. Be sure to bring a water bottle and your own mat. Other props are available in the space. The parking lot often fills up so give yourself a little extra time to find a parking spot close by. The door to the second floor is on the Narberth Avenue side of the building, and the studio is down the hall on the right. Space in the room is limited to 18 students. Livestream is also available (different enrollment).
