About The Event

This enrollment option is to attend BOTH Classes LIVE in Philadelphia!

Saturday’s Strawberry Moon Vinyasa practice will be Vintage Corina with a splash of modern flair: some pranayama; a luxurious opening vinyasa with movements that truly prepare the body for all that comes next; a creatively sequenced class that incorporates all the elements intelligently strung together and offered with clear, encouraging and often poetic instruction. Philosophy. Meditation. Deep Rest.

Plus: chanting (or just listening) with the harmonium (pinch me!).

The theme will be suited to the full moon (heart-opening, twisting/releasing) with plenty of talk of ripeness, reaping and much related to strawberries.

This is the last full moon of the springtime and the culmination of what was initiated during the New Moon in Sagittarius at the end of November last year. Full Moons are tremendous opportunities to release all that has run its course and that which no longer serves…

“Come, come, whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving. It doesn't matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again , come , come.”
