About The Event

This enrollment option is to attend BOTH Classes LIVE in Philadelphia!

Saturday’s Strawberry Moon Vinyasa practice will be Vintage Corina with a splash of modern flair: some pranayama; a luxurious opening vinyasa with movements that truly prepare the body for all that comes next; a creatively sequenced class that incorporates all the elements intelligently strung together and offered with clear, encouraging and often poetic instruction. Philosophy. Meditation. Deep Rest.

Plus: chanting (or just listening) with the harmonium (pinch me!).

The theme will be suited to the full moon (heart-opening, twisting/releasing) with plenty of talk of ripeness, reaping and much related to strawberries.

This is the last full moon of the springtime and the culmination of what was initiated during the New Moon in Sagittarius at the end of November last year. Full Moons are tremendous opportunities to release all that has run its course and that which no longer serves in order to make space for new growth and fresh opportunities. Two Seasons to release so far in 2023, and two on the way. What do you need to release from the year so far and what do you want to welcome in? Everything is possible. It starts NOW.

Friday’s Gemini New Moon Yin Yoga practice will center around fortifying the longest and most enduring relationship of your life: the one with yourself. Utilize this practice to bring harmony to the many different aspects of yourself as you listen closely to some of the softest, most hidden voices of your inner longing.

You might agree that genuine self-care includes listening to – and acting upon! – your dreams. This will be a relatively lighthearted, whimsical yin yoga class aimed at inviting creativity, new ideas, and unleashing your inner vision. Consider what you’d like to manifest by the Full (Beaver) Moon in Gemini, occurring November 27. Use this practice to inspire the initiative necessary to make your dreams a reality.

During both classes Thomas will compose on the spot, both responding to the energy in the room and helping to shape what comes next. The combination of yoga practice, Corina’s devotion and imagery, each student’s intention and attention and Thomas’ unparalleled skillfulness as a mystic musician create such a potent and poignant lyricism that the experience becomes a portal into higher truths and an undeniable connection to something much larger than the sum of our parts. Sublime states of consciousness practically guaranteed.
