This practice incorporates breathing practices to uproot what's been stuck  along with a few yin yoga poses to dissipate blockages and restore balance to your energy body. The vinyasa practice will include all of the elements that inspire true health and vitality, intelligently sequenced and elegantly intructed. And perhaps the best part: as the practice unfolds, Thomas spontaneously creates music to perfectly accompany the practice and the mood in the room.
