About The Event

This year the shift into Autumn happens on a New Moon, offering all the ripe potential of new beginnings. Harness that freshness to clarify how you want to live, what you want to manifest and what you are finally ready to leave in the past.


Each day this week you will engage the powerful, mystical technology of yoga to connect with yourself, clarify your vision, process, integrate and release what has been so you are prepared to boldly launch into the dusk of 2025. We will utilize breathwork and kriyas (cleansing techniques) to move stuck or stagnant energy and to build inner-energetic reserves. We will incorporate yin, vinyasa and restorative yoga methods to strengthen muscles, lubricate joints, cultivate resiliency in the body, quiet the mind and open the heart. Deep relaxation, visualization/meditation, philosophy and poetry round out the experience. You will also be introduced to some simple daily practices that…
