About The Event

Utilize the week after the Autumnal Equinox to commit to your SELF: your practice, your authenticity, your dreams. Show up every morning from 6-8 am to breathe, to move, to excavate, integrate, release and reset.

Click in each morning to connect with yourself using the time-honored practice of yoga. We will utilize breathwork and kriyas (cleansing techniques) to move stuck or stagnant energy and to build inner-energetic reserves. We will incorporate yin, vinyasa and restorative yoga methods to strengthen muscles, lubricate joints, cultivate resiliency in the body, quiet the mind and open the heart. Deep relaxation, visualization/meditation, mantra and poetry round out the experience. You will also be introduced to some simple rituals you might consider implementing into your daily routine to nurture yourself all year.

The life you are already living is nothing short of majestic, miraculous and entirely worthy of exultation. Utilize this week to slow down, take stock, and fortify a daily practice of appreciation to help you live from a place of reverent celebration.

Open to yoga teachers from all traditions and yoga practitioners of all ages/stages and experience levels. It will be helpful to have 2 yoga blocks, 2 yoga blankets and/or a yoga bolster or meditation cushion, certainly a yoga mat, and any other accoutrements you like (extra layers, an eye pillow, etc).

“Come, come, whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving. It doesn't matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again , come , come.”
