About The Event
Prepare to Embody the Summer
A Pre–Summer Solstice Early Morning Retreat Week
We are alive. And while that may sound obvious, it is astonishing how easily we drift away from the direct experience of being here — breathing, sensing, feeling, participating fully in our lives.
Aliveness is not conceptual; it is embodied. Visceral. Immediate.
Through yoga practice — including pranayama, movement, meditation, contemplation, deep inquiry, and rest — we return to the fullness of the moment. By stabilizing attention, quieting the discursive mind, and opening through the senses, we reconnect with ourselves and our lives in real time.
This is waking up.
