I’m honored to be teaching inside Roots of Practice, a 5-day online immersion hosted by the Thread Yoga Collective.


This special Yin Yoga session invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through long-held supported postures, gentle pranayama, and deep rest.


Together we’ll explore practice not as performance or productivity, but as sacred self-care — an opportunity to shift from constant doing into listening, receiving, and restoring.
