About The Event

Roots of Practice: 5-Day Yoga Teacher Immersion

June 8–12 • Live Online


I’m honored to be one of the featured teachers in Roots of Practice, a beautiful 5-day online immersion created by the Thread Yoga Collective in celebration of their 6-year anniversary.


This immersion offers yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners a chance to pause, reconnect, and return to the deeper foundations of practice through philosophy, meditation, self-care, movement, teaching labs, journaling, and restorative embodiment practices.


Throughout the week, participants will explore themes of remembering, restoring, regrounding, revealing, and reflecting alongside an inspiring faculty of teachers and practitioners.
