Spring Cleaning: Early Morning Yoga & Meditation (Virtual) Retreat Week, 6-8 am Eastern Time, Recorded and Shared with All Participants! 

Just as you need to clean out dresser drawers, closets, spice racks and maybe the basement in your homes, your body, mind, heart and spirit need to be cleansed, sorted, refreshed and updated. Just as you have outfits that no longer suit you, you may have beliefs about who you are and what is or isn't possible that no longer express who you are becoming. Just as the soil needs to be tilled and the weeds pulled in order to create the space for a fruitful garden to grow, once you clear away all that has potentially limited your growth the vision of how you want to live may emerge with great clarity and a huge sense of relief. 

If you've been feeling stuck, this retreat is for you. If you've been feeling like a deer in headlights paralized about taking action, this retreat is for you. If you've been holding on to ideas about 'the way things used to be,' lamenting the past with some trepidation about the future, this retreat is for you. If you simply love committing to a program, love yoga and breathwork, and are excited to plant seeds of intention into the new season, this retreat is for you. 

During this Spring Equinox Retreat Week we will meet from 6-8 am each morning to slough off the winter and prepare for tremendous growth. Our methods will be time-tested yoga practices, including breathwork; yin, vinyasa and (some) restorative yoga; guided visualizations, meditation and deep rest, accompanied by poetry, philosophy, inspirational quotes and stories, and time for deep internal listening. Our time spent together will clarify your vision, validate and fortify your intentions, and supercharge your being with the intelligent, creative force of the universe coursing freely through your body utterly aligned with your hopes and dreams. Become unstoppable; realize you are invincible.

Don't be intimidated by 2 hours of yoga! The time will FLY, and the practices will be intelligently sequenced, gentle in nature, and offered with plenty of variations for each participant to tailor the practice to themselves in the moment. 

Open to yoga practitioners of all ages/stages and experience levels; of course, yoga teachers are welcomed too! It will be helpful for you to have 2 yoga blocks, 2 yoga blankets and/or a yoga bolster or meditation cushion, certainly a yoga mat, and any other accoutrements you like (extra layers, an eye pillow, etc). And it would be just grand if you had a vacant wall space you could occasionally use for legs up the wall, etc. If you don't have these props, no worries. We'll improvise!
