Using sensation and breath, you learn to anchor awareness in the body, in the present moment, where you discover the inner resourcefulness required to courageously meet whatever is arising. Fortified by this inner strength, you now become interested in your life and curious about what is actually going on. You learn to live, rather than fear, your life.
