About The Event
As difficult as it may be to truly comprehend WHY we continue to ef with the time, what is obvious and clear is that the first week after "Springing Forward" is hell - at least for some. Many people feel cranky and confused, and eerily resemble the cast of The Walking Dead. Fortunately yoga offers practices that may help reset your internal clock and help you adjust with greater ease and grace. We will employ breathing techniques, guided visualizations and yin yoga poses to help you transition with ease so you may blossom and bloom with the emerging season. All levels welcome. It's helpful to have 2 yoga blocks and 1 or 2 yoga blankets; couch cushions and throw pillows, etc., are fine substitutes.
