Join me, Corina Benner, for a magical, mystical, positively transformational yoga, meditation and sacred ceremonies retreat in the lush jungle of Costa Rica, which includes the option to engage in (2)- spiritual medicine journeys led by a gifted local Shaman.
More than a vacation with yoga this is an opportunity to dig deep into your psyche and soma, befriend all parts of you as you uproot limiting beliefs, recognize and release unhealthy patterns, and connect with the truest, you-est parts of yourself, all en route to discovering your heart and soul’s deepest, most abiding aspirations. As in 2023, this retreat is occurring during the Full Worm Moon which is an auspicious time to actively release that which no longer adds value to your life, replenish your spirit, take the steps required for a fresh start, and make efforts toward spiritual awakening.
Our time in the yoga room will be a mix of breathing practices, yin, slow flow and restorative yoga practices, guided visualization and meditation practices, along with prompts to spur contemplation, reflection and conversation. We will experience the healing medicine of a sound bath and connect with spirit, the elements and Earth herself in a Sweat Lodge. Two different Plant Spirit Medicine Journeys will be offered on different days with time in between for integration. These are optional and available for an additional fee. We’ll bask in the beauty of the land with two group excursions (one trip to a slightly more distant beach and one tbd), and you will have plenty of time for personal R&R to lounge by the pool or on the local beach, stroll into town, receive a treatment at the spa or even surf!

Your investment includes:
Choice of accommodation; (2) Yin/Vinyasa/Breathwork/Meditation Classes each day; round trip shuttle from/to Liberia International Airport; 2 incredibly nutritious and delicious home made meals a day (breakfast & dinner); a Sound Bath and Sweat Lodge (led by a local Shaman); a Group Excursion (Paddleboard in the Estuary, for example); a Group Field Trip to Playa Avellanas; full use of the retreat center property including a pool, lounge areas, the smoothie and snack bar, hammocks, yoga studio, small gift shop; free time to walk/shuttle to the local beach, schedule other excursions and/or spa services (extra fee).
Round Trip Airfare to/from Liberia, Costa Rica is not included in the cost. Spa services, other excursions, lunch/snacks/wine/beer, spiritual medicine journeys are also not included.
