There may be many benefits to Meditation, but there is one purpose: to awaken you to the truth/reality of what is actually occuring before any projection, expecation, opinion or label is placed upon it. Rather than seeking to create a preferred experience, Mindfulness/Awareness Meditation provides the opportunity for you to become increasingly familiar with the experience you are already having. This is an incredibly simple practice that can be far from easy. These sessions include instruction, time for practice, Q&A/discussion, as well as recommendations for cultivating your practice, and books/resources to support you on your journey. Book with at least 72-hours to secure your space. Within 72-hours may be possible, subject to availability.
