This retreat will be the most perfect opportunity to abide in the center of your life, neither planning the future nor reviewing the past. By disengaging from the relentless commentary in the mind, opening through all the senses, and being attentive to details, you just may discover the satisfaction and fulfillment you’ve always been looking for … hidden in plain sight and longing to be noticed.
Together we will practice 8-hours of yoga in (4) 2-hour sessions, including yin yoga, slow-flow vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. The classes will be elegantly delivered, poetically instructed, intelligently sequenced, appropriately tailored, and deliciously complete. You will fall in love (again!) with your practice ... and then you'll fall in love with yourself ... which leads to irresistibly falling in love with your life.
The rest of the time you are welcome to frolic and float in the swimming hole, soak in the hot tub, stroll on the stunning property, meander through the meditation labyrinth, play badminton, horseshoes, or scrabble, pick up a hula hoop or a good book, lounge in a hammock, or whatever else tickles your fancy. There will be a campfire on Saturday evening, along with storytelling, personal sharing and raucous laughter.
The meals are exquisite, largely sourced from the Heathen Hill garden and prepared with love and sass by Susan and Lisa. Sometimes we dine inside, and sometimes on picnic tables on the lawn.

Accommodations are a mix of single, double or triple occupancy options offered in two different houses; yoga, meals, use of the grounds, sheets & towels are all included. Be sure to bring a bathing suit for the watering hole, warm clothes and socks for brisk mornings and after the sun goes down; and BYO whatever you'd like to consume during dinner and later in the evening.
