About The Event

Two hours a day, five days in a row. This at-home virtual mini-retreat is the ideal way to honor the change of seasons and review the passing year: celebrate successes, make peace with disappointments, revel in the tremendous blessings of your beautiful life and begin to envision how you want to live and feel in 2023. It will also help you stay calm and sane through 'the holidays.' Prioritize true health and well=being during this often-excessive season, staying grounded, balanced and clear.

Each day wil include breathing practices, movement practice (some yin, some slow flow, some restorative although not necessarily each every day), visualization, meditation and deep rest. And, of course, there will be philosophy, poetry, and poignancy all leading into the experience of magic, mystery, appreciation and fullness.

It is noteworthy that the New Moon in Capricorn occurs on the last day of this retreat. The New Moon in Capricorn encourages us to cultivate some of the Seagoat's qualities in service of achieving goals and manifesting dreams; qualities such as tenacity, resourcefulness, discipline and wisdom. Interestingly, the New Moon in Capricorn launched us into 2022, occurring on January 2, 2022. Capitalize on this ripe opportunity to review, celebrate, and recalibrate for the year ahead, perhaps even setting goals to materialize in the corresponding Full Moon in Capricorn happening on

July 3, 2023.

Setting your alarm for 5:45 am Eastern Time could symbolize a commitment to yourSelf: your life, your health and vitality, your priorities. No one can practice yoga and meditation for you, and no one can live your life for you. This is the ultimate in D.I.Y. This week-long virtual retreat may help you clarify your goals and visions, and take responsiblity for nurturing them into existence.

For those living in different time zones, or parents of children who need tending in the early hours, and anyone who has a scheduled evening event, party or gathering that will likely keep you up late into the night, rest assured knowing yuo will receive daily recordings with ample time to view them, so the retreat can be on your own unique schedule. Invite your friends to participate with you and hold each other to the goals you state for yourselves!
