Service Description

Deep release yoga and formless meditation practice Explore breathwork, gentle movement and yin yoga poses in preparing the body and mind for seated formless meditation practice. The class is primarily yin yoga, often with a little movement in the beginning to liberate energy that may have become stagnant throughout the day. We also practice breathing techniques, savasana, and conclude the class with around 15 minutes of mindfulness meditation. The class is designed for all yoga and meditation practitioners – newcomers and experienced alike. It's helpful to have a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and a blanket (throw blanket or Mexican blanket, for example), and if you don't have these props we can improvise.
