About The Event
This retreat will be the most perfect opportunity to abide in the center of your life, neither planning the future nor reviewing the past. By disengaging from the relentless commentary in the mind, opening through all the senses, and being attentive to details you just may discover the satisfaction and fulfillment you’ve always been looking for … hidden in plain sight and longing to be noticed.
Together we will practice 8-hours of yoga in (4) 2-hour sessions, including yin yoga, slow-flow vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation.
The rest of the time you are welcome to frolic and float in the swimming hole, soak in the hot tub, stroll on the stunning property, meander through the meditation labyrinth, play badminton, horseshoes, or scrabble, pick up a hula hoop or a good book, lounge in a hammock, or whatever else tickles your fancy.
The meals are exquisite, largely sourced from the Heathen Hill garden and prepared with love and sass by Susan and Lisa. Please be sure to email them with any dietary restrictions so they can accommodate your needs. And be sure to B.Y.O. whatever you like to drink with dinner and after.
